Information that cannot be linked directly to the identity of a person are not such data (e.g. favorite websites or amount of users of a website). Our website can be used without any disclosure of your identity. If you contact us via the embedded contact site you can send us your name, eMail-Address, message subject and message body. All these data are transmitted without any encryption or additional security. This means, that other persons on the web can maybe read your message to us.
The used content management system save some anonymous data for statistic purpouses (e.g. IP-Address, date, time and viewed pages). These data are not used for a personal analysis. The analysis of anonymous data is reserved. We use this anonymous data for the technical administration of our website.

Internal area
The customers of Qualtec GmbH can use an internal area of the website. This area can only be reached with a username and password. Both, username and password, are send unencrypted over the internet to our webserver. To identify a customer it’s a must to save it’s name, firstname, username, eMail-Address and password on our system. These data can be changed by the user itself or they can be completely wiped from our system.

Cookies
On our website, we use cookies – little files with configuration information. They help us to provide a customized interface for our users. We do not save personal data in these cookies. Most functions of the website can be used without cookies.
